| Eleanor
enjoys taking masterclasses
and workshops for
harp students, where a limited number of students are
selected to take part in something appropriate to their
age group and level of skill. These sessions offer students
a valuable opportunity to socialise with other harpists,
compare notes and blisters, take their first step towards
ensemble playing and gain confidence performing. |

|
| |
| For
many of these sessions, Eleanor is lucky to have the expertise
and bubbly enthusiasm of her duo partner Keziah
Thomas to call upon! Keziah and Eleanor host events
together, encouraging students to get into a particular
character at their harp, write their own short compositions
and learn more about the wonderful effects and fun aspects
to their instrument, which may not be covered in their
harp lessons! see

| Eleanor
has been leading school assemblies and interactive performances
for many years and loves getting to grips with the skills
and demands of every group. She is equally at home with
primary school children
as she is with adults with
mental or physical disabilities and believes that
everyone can have a go at the harp, no matter what disadvantage
they may have, and everyone has fun joining in with percussion
instruments and singing too! |

"Ellie
had such an engaging personality, and was so enormously talented
that we felt privileged to take up her time. It was the highlight
of our term."
